Small Group Personal Training provides all of the benefits of having your own Personal Trainer at a fraction of the costs - We tailor everything we do for your needs.

All our services include:

  • Weekly small group personal training sessions all of which are taken by an expert personal trainer.

  • Fat burn classes to maximise results and increase fitness!

  • Weekly running club to increase your running fitness and burn calories.

  • Private gym for you to use outside of sessions - we’ve tried to create a non-judgemental environment that you can thrive in!

  • 1-2-1 nutrition coaching including a monthly recipe book and nutritional survival guides!

  • Flexible booking times - We have up to 40+ available sessions per week so no matter how crazy your schedule, you can still keep fit and healthy. 

  • Maximum of 6 people per session - this means you get the best mix of hugely effective coaching AND support from others on the same path.
